We currently offer two types of accommodations – summer cottages and the Kearney House.

They are the perfect place for families and friends to come together and enjoy a secluded, fun and affordable vacation. For additional information, visit our FAQ page.

COTTAGES

Our summer cottages are located right on the waterfront looking out onto Lake Ontario and the shores of Waupoos. There are six cottages and a "bunkie" (with 4 single beds) located within close proximity of each other (approx. 50 feet apart).

The cottages are named after breeds of sheep: Dorset, Drysdale, Hampshire, Leicster, Romanov and Suffolk. The "bunkie" is named Hogget.

COTTAGES have three bedrooms: one with a double bed, and two with two single beds each. They sleep six - up to a maximum of four adults. Cottages have one bathroom with a shower.
Also included with each cottage: fridge/freezer & stove; toaster & coffee-maker; pots, pans, plates, cups & cutlery; individual fire pit & firewood; propane BBQ; and shared laundry facilities.

HIGH SEASON (Jun 26-Sept 5)
Weekly: $750 (Weekly rentals only; Sat to Sat)
LOW SEASON (Jun 4–25; Sept 6–Oct 2)
Weekly: $600
Weekend: $375 (2 night minimum: Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Weeknight: $150 - 3 night minimum stay
$150 refundable security deposit per cottage
5% discount: Applies for a group booking of more than one unit
OR for bookings of multiple weeks

THE KEARNEY HOUSE

The Kearney House is a large Century Brick Home overlooking Prince Edward Bay. It features a private dock, a very large veranda and two lounges. It's located about 1 mile from the cottages.

The Kearney House sleeps twelve (up to a maximum of eight adults).

THE KEARNEY HOUSE has 4 bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and two with two single beds each. There is also a pullout couch in each of the living rooms.
THE KEARNEY HOUSE also has: two bathrooms (one with tub & one with shower); a dining room with large table (seats 12); and a large deck facing the lake.
Also included with The Kearney House: fridge/freezer, stove and microwave; pots, pans, plates, cups & cutlery; toaster & coffee-maker; TV with VCR and DVD player; propane BBQ; a fire pit & firewood; and shared laundry facilities.
